Oooooookkkkkkkk,  so, we fell off the bike today and will get back on tomorrow. 2k calories with about 47 g of prot. What does that tell you?

Get up, brush yourself off and start anew today.  I know I'm only 17 months out, but I think my biggest lesson so far in my journey is to "forgive" myself and get back on that horse again.  Pre-surgery if I "screwed up", I'd just say f-it, quit, and gain 20+ more pounds.

ummmm..... it tells me too many carbs and not enough protein.  and it also tells me you are doing great because you are counting and aware of what you are eating rather than playing ostrich.

today will be a better day!
