exersize and cal count
I don't change mine.... That way I can make the most of the calorie deficincy.... But, I my trainer recommended that I add 100 calories on workout days to help offset the loss and help my body to burn the calories. I'll be curious to read what others do and what they're results are.

I don't. My calories are about the same every day. I work out 3-4 days a week for 2 hours at a time (elliptical machine for an hour and weights for an hour).
