Faithful February Thursday
I had a few extra minutes before I leave for Houston so thought I'd post since no one else had.
My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Mcdonald's iced sf vanilla coffee
no idea for lunch
no idea for dinner
we'll be at the Westin Oaks at the Galleria so lots of eating choices available! I'll be computer free tomorrow so somebody crank it up.
What's your plan?

Good morning! KARLA-thanks for starting the thread!
I've been "faithful" with my food plan/eating this month, but not with posting..please forgive me...so, for today, I'm starting HERE, instead of the train, in case I run out out of time
I started buying those "sam's Choice" chicken breast things BECKY turned me on to a couple of years ago-in the freezer section at WalMart-2 to a pkg-different "flavorings"--30-34 gm protein each--FABULOUS. I cooked 4 Monday morning and have been taking one for lunch each day-along with individual broccoli/carrots--also in the frozen section--came in a 4 pk--not as good as "fresh", but beats the hell out out of having M&Ms for lunch...
For today:
B: Click
S: Protein pudding/celery sticks
L: Chicken breast (I think it's the artichoke one today)/veggies
S: Protein coffee
D: Beef brisket/green beans
Vitamins packed...Have training 9am-12n..will have to make up my water in the PM

Scale is very kind. Today is not the best planned. Working until 7pm or later every night makes it tough to plan and prepack.

Lunch is my turkey ham and pickle on sandwich thin
Dinner is Buffalo wings and beer! yep, going to go out and chillax a bit with some coworkers in from out of town. Too bad I can't drink as much as I want! lol

I'm out of sorts these days. Dealing with a family crisis and lots of emotions...fear of the unknown, mainly.
Don't feel good about my food. Really struggling come evening hours.
