The NIGH****CHMAN - Weekend 2/12-13
I am blessed to have him in my life. He was my 18th birthday present and was born on Thankgiving the day before my birthday and I was born on Thanksgiving the year I was born.
I really didn't think he would make through the other day but we got the greatest call from his vet saying the Dr. who performed the MRI suggested to put him on a decongestant that they are finding is helping shrink the tumors a bit and will help him breathe. The vet, please note this won't keep him passing but will keep him comfortable and may him breathe. Are you willing to try it. I said, yes of course. So far it has helped a bit I believe and he is able to sleep much more comfortable then what he was before. (I was up with him every 2 hours before now he is sleeping through the night).
Take care and I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers on your son and his situation. My brother in law has been sober for 14 years now and another from that has been sober and drug free for 4 years now. I don't know if you are aware but there is a program for you to help you understand and get help in your life on how your son is affecting you. This program is called Al-anon.

"LIVE, LAUGH, & LOVE"
A cookie sheet??? REALLY??? Well, I give you credit for being creative and I'm sure it did what you needed it to do and like you said, forget about doing it at our weights before WLS. We didn't get any of the white stuff and I'm freezing my butt off. SICK of it. I was so cranky this morning with that cold crap. Of course it didn't help that I had to be up until 4:00 finishing up room parent stuff and then V wanted some brownies made for her friends, which I give her credit, is cheaper to give one each to her friends than for her to buy them all a flower at school but of course I had to bake them, wait for them to cool, etc. Then Schnitzel decided at 2:00 AM to toss his damn cookies. That crazy a$$ dog, I swear, the little **** is part goat/cow. He goes outside and just because he KNOWS you don't want him to, he will grab a mouthful of "grass" (I put it in quotes because right now the yard is yellow like straw still for the winter) and yank it out, then it becomes a major came of keep away. Once it is in his mouth, he is like, "oh, hmm, might as well eat it". Idiot dog. So, he chews it up and swallows it and barfs every time. I SWEAR...I'm going to make that little crapper go out on a leash until he "GETS IT"! I have a half acre in my back yard so he can play a great game of "missed, missed me, now you gotta kiss me" and runs like a cheetah in whatever direction you're NOT going! ARGH! Sooo, did laundry to wash the blanket he was laying on (thank GOD it wasn't my carpet!!!) at 2:00. Grrrr....
Then, with the cold temps comes very stiff legs which hurts. WAH! Man this round has knocked me for a loop!!! Just wanna go sit in a corner and cry!!!!
