Not horrible, not great, carbs were to high, but I think I made decent choices today. Was working from home so I sat around all day and grazed.

I'll jump on here too if that's OK...

Breakfast: 100 calorie bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: salad with low fat ranch
Snack: 2 snack size Milky Ways (OK, I'm not the poster child)
Dinner: sirloin steak and shrimp coctail.
