Ate pretty well today.

Breakfast - Protein Shake
Midmorning Snack - Protein Shake
Lunch - Protein Shake (see a pattern?)
Mid Afternoon - Snicker Protein Bar
Mid Afternoon b - whole wheat toast with lowfat cream cheese and peach preserves
Dinner - Pan Cooked Tilapia and Veg All Casserole
Snack - Tangerine and later a few slivers of apple with pb

No drinking with meals, except for the meals I drank......

The pattern is I see is that yu're like a lot of us...an all or nothoing kind of guy. Just find your groove and figure out what works best for YOU.  If you're doing liquids as a kick start, then more power to ya buddy.  I'd just hate to see you fall off the wagon cause its too hard.  I think you've got it in ya, but life can throw curves. Have a plan B in the back of your mind. Know what your emergency "go-to" items are.  Keep it ip. you're inspiring me and plenty of others.

Actualy not necessarily an all liquids diet. Working from home today so I will probably scramble me some eggs. I just find it easier to do the liquids while at work, that way I dont go out and get tempted. Not necessarily a pattern. Just cutting back on the eating.

 A time or two yesterday, I almost "mindlessly grabbed" at something, but then I thought of YOU...and stuck to my pre-planned food plan-THANK YOU!

Gina, knock on wood that has always been a non issue with me, the water and vits. Believe it or not I always religiously take vits. Maybe a day or 2 missed here and there but for the most part. Good to go.

looks awesome - keep up the good work.  Start now looking for some lower carb (not no carb) meals n snacks so when u decide u are ready to phase more food in u will have GOOD choices avalible.  I say when u r ready b/c it's perfectly resonable to kick your own butt back into shape but remember you will have to eat right n work out the rest of your life to keep that loss n most peeps even wls peeps eat food along with a shake or two MOST days

Great job, John!  Keeping posting so we can support you.  I'm taking my vitamins RIGHT NOW because of your post.  Yeah, I suck lately at doing the right thing. 

I'm going grocery shopping this weekend and will plan better.  That 5 year anniversary is creeping up quickly.
