ok guys I am at the other end of the spectrum---trying to get in enough calories! Weighed yesterday and I am at 130lbs which is the very bottom of my safety zone! I actually lost 3lbs in the hospital last week.

goal for today is to eat something every 2 hrs--I can only eat a few bites at a time. Need to get in 1200 calories and 50g  prot and plenty of fluids!
