Blood work ok so they rescheuled my surgery

So after they postponed my surgery just minutes from me going in due to my blood coming back saying it was not clotting. They got my results back today of all the new blood test run and they said my blood is great, my blood is clotting like it is suppose to, and now I can have my surgery. I asked how that could have happend and the dr said somebody did not run the test right. That when they do that test for the clotting if they do not fill the whole container up with the blood that it will give a high reading due to the heprin in the container. Dr said that they did not run the test right for the reading to be that off.  I am a bit upset about that because I now have to wait till March 5th to have the surgery it would have been a week tomorrow that I had the surgery.
But I guess all things happen for a reason and if the truth be know I did not want to have the surgery at that hospital, so now I can tell them I want to go to the other hospital that  my surgeon works out of instead of the one I would have been at.

That's great news....look at the silver lining...at least you dont have some horrible disease to deal with your entire life....

Lab people are only human, we all make mistakes...thank God it wasnt a life threatening one...

Every time my surgery was rescheduled it was always 2 months away...so dont feel bad about a 3 week wait and just be glad February is a short month.....lots of positives to look at in your picture....
