Ok I had gotten a free sample of a protein packet here a while back. I just tried it. Its Protein-2GO and I think its put out by the Biggest Looser people. Anyway, the flavor I just tried is Red Rasberry!! WOW, Its really good.

6 g dietary fiber

Not a lot of protein but maybe you could mix it with some other, but for the taste, I was thinking this could be used maybe when your exercising.

 

 

where'd you get the sample?

Michelle got it from a freebie website. I looked on their website and I dont see mention of a sample. You can only imagine the amount of free stuff I have because of Michelles freeby sites, lol.
