My Good friends son that you all prayed for about a year ago is our of remission. He went fot his regular PET scan and there is now cancer in and below his liver. Please pray for him. He is 25 years old. A wonderful young man would do anything for anybody.

I have been recommending for some time now that anyone who has been stricken with cancer to, if at all possible, get in to be seen at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. They have some new trial experimental drugs that they are giving to select patients that really seem to be working for many who otherwise would be terminal.

I have two friends who are still alive today only b/c of these experimental drugs at M.D. -- one had a relapse of melanoma throughout his body and the other a major relapse of his jaw/throat cancer. Both patients have had their cancer apparently put into total remission again by these new drugs.

it's hard to get seen at M.D., since (obviously) there is such a waiting list, but my advice is be persistent and do whatever it takes to get bumped to the front of thel ine.
