Faithful February Wednesday
Someone else needs to crank this up tomorrow and Friday...I won't have time in the morning because we're leaving by 6:30 a.m. and I'm not taking my computer with me to Houston. You have to pay for internet and I'd be stuck hauling it around all day Friday. It's not worth it!
My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
Atkins shake
Poppyseed chicken for lunch
steak quesadilla or steak pizza on flatwrap for dinner...includes fresh spinach...yum!

Well, all I can say is that I do great during the day, but come late evening hours I'm not being very "faithful". What should I do? I think I need to get to sleep earlier. Staying up too late is not good for me. I wake up at 5am so I need to get to bed early, when I don't - I always find myself looking to food for comfort. Not a good thing and it's a difficult habit to break. Need ideas & suggestions to help me with this...

Good morning! Another long day ahead of me as I will be at wor****il 8:30! This week just sucks!! Had to wor****il 6:30 last night but still managed to stop off at the gym for awhile to hook up with hubby and the kids.
Plan for today:

D: homemade Wendy's chili (taking it to work)
Snacks... this is the problem!!!!! I do have some healthy alternatives at work... but they aren't so healthy if you eat them all!!!!! That's my issue!!!!

Yesterday I was very "FAITHFUL" to a bag of Peanut M&M's which was NOT in my plan. I stayed up late watching crap on my DVR cuz it's going bye-bye today and I ate way too many M&M's.
Yesterday I had
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 1/2 grilled lean pork chop, 1/2 cup applesauce
Snack: trash mix
Dinner: 4 Chick Fil-A chicken nuggets, one truffle, one BITE of cake (baby shower)
Snack: ****LOAD of M&M's.
Today's plan...bagel? ham/cheese? Steak and salad?

did ok yesterday - ended up137 or 133 over on cals and 5 over on carbs -but that is ok since this is real life :) and I made better choices than I could have - first choice when my school laptop died was to go and order chinese dumplings and fried shrimp -probably more than my whole days cals right there - instead I went and got frozen dumplings and cooked shrimp and enjoyed them - i did eat eat - over 3 sittings - the entire box of dumplings all 300 cals of them LOL - so all in all I feel pretty good about what I ate yesterday
the scale was less than kind this am but that has to do with the soy sauce I insist on using with the dumplings so it should go away by tomorrow.
25 mins on the Eliptical and a good 30 min FAST walk - it's freaking cold outside - already in - mommy and me tumbling in a bit -hoping I get my second walk in this afternoon

it's woo hoo wednesday and I have no real woo hoos. But the scale is holding steady.
I am planning my breakfast and lunch, yet eating more of what I WANT within reason. dinner is unplanned and I simply don't eat if I don't NEED to eat. I am trying not to stress over how much and how often and numbers, numbers, numbers. Have enough to deal with at work and home that this is something I need to let go of a bit.
plan is to remain protein heavy with breakfast and lunch.. keep the water going and CHILL a bit.
