Tracking your food
Myfitnesspal.com for me! I've used fitday and sparkpeople, but I found that myfitnesspal has had virtually any item I'm trying to add, and I can still add my own special recipes if I need to. It's been a WONDERFUL tool since I started this journey eight weeks ago. I use it every single day and usually put everything in the night before if I know what the following day will look like!
I use www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/
It also has a pie chart that shows your carb, fat and protein ratios as you enter your meals.
