Take my vitamins
Exercise
Drink my water
Meal Plan:
B - Protein Shake
L - 3oz beef, broccolini
S - Protien Shake
D - Turkey Patty, Lettuce, Tomatoe, Mustard & Pork skins
S - Turkey, Cream Cheese & Egg White (only if needed)

I did good yesterday and scale said an even 156.0 today. How come some days you look and feel much skinnier even though the scale says the same thing? Today is one of those days where everytime I pass a mirror I think Wow, I look good! Now tomorrow it will be a different story, lol.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: protein drink (done)
Lunch: London Broil, cole slaw (done)
Dinner: pork chops, salad.
