Here's my plan for today:

What's your plan?

Good Morning!!

Well, I don't know whether to be frustrated or proud of myself.  The past couple of weeks I've been hit with some heavy duty emotional stuff.  Typically, I turn to food for my comfort.  I have been trying really hard NOT to do that.  But, I DID stop logging everything into Fitday.  I just couldn't face it, ya know? But I have continued to weigh each morning so I didn't fall off the wagon completely. Well, I had made it down to 152 before everything hit...and I'm still at 152.  I really wanted to be in the 140s by now, but at this point I'll take "not gaining".  Wish me luck with the weight loss and prayer for my family please.  Drama with one of the teens.  It was supposed to end last week and didn't.  Praying it will this week.

So....today's plan:

Breakfast - already shot.  Should've had a protein shake and didn't.  Ate 3 stuffed jalapenos and a left over ham/turkey/cheese sandwich from last night.  I AM STARTING OVER FOR THE DAY AS OF NOW!!!!

Lunch - going out for Mexican with a friend - will eat fajita meat and veggies and skip the carbs.
Dinner - don't know yet.  My plan was for 15 bean soup, but I just found that I don't have the beans!!  May have a protein shake for dinner and let the kids decide what they want when everyone gets home.  :)

Snacks?  Will try to be wise and eat protein/cheese or have a shake.

Love y'all!!

holding steady here.  didn't go crazy with my eating yesterday. Just tired of eating, if you can believe that.  Stressful Friday and Saturday but I didn't turn to food (well, aside from some peanut butter at 2am Saturday night).

I am going to work on different food this week and see if that helps with the burn out.  Made a pot of chili yesterday and that's lunch. Also made a breakfast casserole for my company in two weeks but had to try it this morning to see if it's any good! lol

Must up the water and remember my vitamins.

we can do this!

Man, I sure hope you were planning to freeze that...2 week old eggs doesn't sound very appetizing.

my company might not even be brave enough to try it.  I do experiment and sometimes it just doesn't work.  I had some for breakfast. Not award winning by any means, but it's food! lol
