new website I found for food PLANNING and tracking
it's called fitclick.com
you can plan your meals and then tell it you either ate that or ate something else - so far I like it
you can use their menus or add your own or just tweak theirs to suit you
and it has a database of foods - u get close n it can find things, also it has things listed other people have put in - so if you go to use it and use EAS protirn powder, you search it, up it comes (I added that one) marked as user added so you know to look at its stats a little closer
I don't care for the fitness planner but the tracker part is ok

the health tracker here has the same issues I always dislike with fitday.com (I used it for 5 years)
this one allows me to PLAN meals, save those meals so that each day when I have one of 4 breakfasts I just click that meal (designed and saved by me to fit my needs and likes) same for snacks and lunches - dinners I have listed 8 so far since those i rotate much more than breakfast lunch and snacks. click and all the peices fall in per my reciptes and plans. I am LOVING it
anyhow I am a huge fan of use what works for YOU b/c that is what YOU will USE and actually using it is the important part, don't you agree?
I also have issues getting onto the OH sites on my black berry and as I am not at a desk all day that is a biggie for me

Thanks for this information...it's always good for us to have feedback so that systems can be improved. I do agree that if something works for you and helps you be successful, it's going to be something that you want to use. Just trying to help out!
