I have not worked out since I had my RYGB 7/07.  I was too malnourished and weak.  Now that I had it reversed, and am getting my strength back.... I joined the Gym yesterday.  I am dreading the first week or two, but I can't make excuses anymore.  I have a coworker that I will be working out with... so I will be held accountable.  I have lost SOOOO much muscle.  I needed this so bad.

Anyone work out at the Landry Fitness Center at Baylor?

Take it slow and easy at first............don't over do yourself...................

Glad you are feeling much better.
  • Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose.  Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email.  I'll answer it as soon as possible.

Thank you.  I will.  I will probably start off on the bike or treadmill.

Yes ma'am.  I will be going plenty slow.  I just have to be persistent.
