Faithful February Saturday

Once again we are at the challenging weekend.  I didn't have a good day yesterday and did a little stress eating last night.

Today is a new day...here's my plan even though not the best one.

lots of liquids
protein coffee downed
breakfast taco
Atkins shake or pro joe
?lunch will be at climbing tower; sometimes they feed us
steak or beef chianti for dinner

What's your plan?

I don't have a plan for today and you know that always get me into trouble.  We've got friends coming over for beef fajita's for dinner tonight so I'll just eat one and nothing else.  The other 2 meals however are a mystery. Oh, I guess I need to make some sort of dessert too-CRAP, I don't guess they would consider frozen "protein drin**** cream" a dessert.

Good morning!!!!  Today is a busy day and hubby and I are about to head to the gym with a stop to get groceries on the way home.   We are also taking the kids to get new tennis shoes today and then I am going to BEG hubby to take H to a bday party this afternoon... then tonight we are all going to watch hubby in his play as this is the second to last weekend of the run.  I know he is anxious for us to come and see him perform!   So as far as a plan... I have no flippin' idea!!!!!

 Yesterday was a bad day for me too.  I'm glad today is a new day and I get to dust myself off and start over.  I'm not going to hate myself for yesterday's food disaster, it's done and gone.  No sense it letting that guilt ruin my day TODAY.

Meal Plan:
B'fast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Grilled chicken/steak salad w/ lite dressing
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Turkey, Cream Cheese, Egg White & Pork Skins

I'm with everyone else...no real plan today. We're on the road, not sure what we'll do or where we'll end up. It's just too pretty to stay inside so we're taking a day-long road trip. It's getting hard to type this in the car!

L....packed a lunch with ham spread, ham/cheese rollups, string cheese.
