5 days into February. Let's not get too lax because we survived January. I know I've relaxed a little this week. Of course the weird thing about it is I'm down a lb, so that's kinda freaky, but tomorrow may be a different story!

Good morning! Yesterday was great..till I got home..are you SURE chocolate is not a good choice as a dinner meal (and I'm NOT talking chocolate flvored protein powder)....Okay..new day...
B: Click (got my order from vitacost.com-hope I ordered from right place)
S: yogurt with handful of Fiber-One cereal thrown in (savior of old people)
L: Lunch meat "assorted wrap" and big lettuce leaf
S: apple and string cheese
D: TBA-but it's NOT going to be chocolate!
Vitamins packed-DID get at least MINIMUM water in yesterday-working toward way more

do I have that food burnout as well. Nothing sounds good and thinking about eating is just UGGH.
but I have my eggs, cheese, chicken salad, and beef patties ready for the day.
still working on getting the 3 pounds off from my birthday dinner. Got about 1 1/2 pounds to go.
