I get about 5-7 boxes a night from unpacking frozen donuts. (OMG my computer just flickered from typing donuts on a obesity support site!)
They're large, nice and sturdy, and every day I think to myself if I lose my house because my a-hole mortgage company won't modify my mortgage and I go into foreclosure, I'll at least have boxes to pack my crap in. Yay me.

Good morning all,
I'm testing to see if I can post from work. Can't stay on here once my shift starts, but I got here early today so wanted to give it a try. Work is going well. Right now, I am leading my team for the week and my team is leading the whole area so I guess that would make me top dog. Pretty good for being out of the floor for a week. Can't eat at my desk, so eating is under control.
Even though I'm out of touch, I am thinking about all of you. I will be at IKEA in the morning. Saying prayers for all. Have a great day. Woohoo Friday!!
OK, so I'm taking a few minutes to post before I get back to finishing up my onboarding and required tasks for the new job!
My days in Chicago were filled with work stuff so I didn't get to do much sight-seeing. If I had had one of my buds there, I would have ventured out at night, but alas - I spent all three nights at the hotel watching the Biography channel! LOL
King went to the doc a couple of weeks ago just because he hadn't been feeling good. I had noticed some minor edema in his legs and feet. Knowing his heart issues, I kinda had a feeling there might be something going on. PCP referred him to Cardiologist. He saw Dr. P yesterday and sure as **** - here we go again with another heart cath. Dr. P said he wants to look around because the nuclear stress test just isn't showing anything cut and dry. It's scheduled for the 15th. Talk about bad timing. I've been employed a whole 5 days and have to already tell them I may or may not make it to my client site that week. I'm planning on the cath and no stint and made arrangements to fly out late on the 15th. If he does get stinted again, oh well - there goes a flight change or cancellation depending on how long he has to stay in the hospital. My big hope is that the most serious thing Dr. P has to do is another stint - it could actually be a lot worse. Why oh why couldn't this crap have gone on say like a month ago?
Mom, sister, niece & great-niece are buzzing in for lunch today. I love my little Marisah. I'm putting her in my "Queen in Training" program! Somebody has to take over the reign someday!
I've go dive into some work stuff now and try and get the laundry done, my stuff packed and all that jazz. Seems like SOMEone around here forgot how to use the washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc., while I was out of town. He used to be so self-sufficient. What the hell happened? Oh yeah, I've been home since August and he got spoiled! LOL He better get his groove back on or he'll be buying new drawers if he doesn't start doing his own laundry again!
