My plans for today:
protein coffee being downed, clumpy and all...guess coffee was too hot
lots of liquids
leftover chicken piccata for lunch
leftover shrimp weezie for dinner w/ sauteed spinach or salad
trail mix
protein shake

Good morning!!!  So I am thinking I need to  make an appt. to go see the doc and get just a little tweak in the ole' band... I am able to eat way more then I should.  Hubby noticed that last night at dinner.  We went out to eat and I had chips/salsa plus 2 taquitos....and a margarita!!!  I over indulged with the chips and green sauce not to mention the margarita... but I enjoyed myself and it was awfully good!!!  So no quilt here this morning... it's called life and today is a new day!!!!

breakfast burtitto (egg whites,1 egg, 1 slice turkey bacon, lf mayo, low carb wrap)
15 mins on eliptical

rest of day
shrimp ****tail
fiber bar - chocolate
apple and cheese sticks
beans
protien shake
no clue for dinner will probably try one of my new recipes - thinking possilby shrimp n bacon in cream sauce over pasta or rice
nsa ice cream
half pnut butter sand

45 mins eleiptical
weights -upper body - if Rach wakes up before the gym daycare closes - t/th is their early day


Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

Good Morning TMB,

Had a good nights rest and was up early this morning on my treadmill.  I've got my meals planned so things are looking good so far.

Goals:
Take my vitamins
Stick to my meal plan
Drink 4 bottles of water
Take the stairs at work
Post on OH - all day
Create a graduated list

Meal Plan:
B: Protein Shake
L: Ham/Cheese Lettuce Wraps, Mustard & Pork Skins
S: Turkey, Cream Cheese, Egg White & 9 almonds
D: Grilled Chicken Breast & 1c asparagus
S: Protein Shake (only if needed)

One day at a time,

my plan is to get OFF the birthday eating wagon. I snacked all day and had the bestest enchiladas last night for dinner.

chicken salad with sandwich thin, pickles and tomato

need way more liquid today.  just too much time talking and not enough time drinking at work yesterday

Today is another depressing day...cold and wet and dreary. I think I'll just hole up in my sewing room and not look out the windows!

Todays plan.....
Already had my chai tea and cottage cheese, that hardly ever changes for breakfast. It's not broke, why fix it! haha

L....3oz sliced ham (super lean Christmas ham) and 2T cream cheese
