Yesterday was not an overall good eating day for me.  Danged if I didn't eat not 1, but TWO donuts.  I normally pass them up but didn't yesterday and no, I didn't eat them both at the same time it was hours apart.

Today's plan:
protein coffee downed
Atkins or other protein shake
leftover Mexican casserole for lunch
going out for dinner and have no idea where...I'm not in charge of plans

What's your plan?

Good morning!!!  Actually had a good day yesterday as far as staying on plan.  Ended the day just under 1200 cal.  We all went to the gym last night and we enrolled the kids in  a fitness class that meets Tuesday and Thursday nights... so at least we know we will all go on those days and then hopefully on the weekends as well.  I only have my plan made out through the afternoon.  Hubby wants me to go out and eat with some of his "theatre friends" tonight.  I told him only if he split something with me!  So I have no idea how bad the damage will be tonight.... just have to say no to drinks and I should be ok!!!!

Starting the morning pretty crappy with a scale that is up 3 pounds when I've been on plan and workng out. Crap! Argh!

Lets try this again...maybe its just bloating...

I'm doing things a little backwards this morning. I didn't feel like eating last night, so I just had a shake, so I actually woke up HUNGRY-something I rarely experience (at least not REAL hunger!)...so I'm having STEAK for bkst...

B: Steak..eating it now...wishing had biscuits and gravy to go with it

I'm glad I looked at everyone's eats today.  The stuffed bell pepper sounds devine I think I'll make some this weekend.

I also forget about celery and peanut butter.  I like that....also like my apple with peanut butter.

Yesterday was interesting.  I ended up not really sticking to my plan either.  Didn't start the night time post cuz there was a 3 hour LOST episode on TV, sorry

Yesterday's food:
Breakfast: banana

Lunch: Olive Garden-salad with Low Calorie dressing and TWO breadsticks

Snack: 1/2 a soft pretzel from Sam's BUT I THREW FOOD AWAY.  I never do that and I actually only ate 1/2 the pretzel and chunked the other half.  I was very proud cuz I really wanted it.

Dinner: baked ziti

Snack: candy-too much of the real stuff.

Didn't weigh today cuz it was too cold in the bathroom abnd I know what the hag was gonna say and it wouldn't be nice.

No plan for today yet...I'll work on it and get back to ya.

I had a donut to yesterday but it was SOOOOO good.  I don't eat them often, thankfully.

Overall yesterday was ok except still not enough liquids.  I sure wish I could get this right for a while.

I did pretty good yesterday, but started off today even better.  I started off with my 15 min stretching/yoga work out.  I've got to do something like that every day because it sure jump starts my attitude the right way.

I've got a good day planned for today, and a pot of Chicken Chili cooking (yum!!!)

Protein coffee
Fiber plus bar
Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies, cheese
Beef Vegetable soup
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Chicken Chili
Honey crisp apple

Lots of fluids going in!

Yesterday was pretty good for me, lost 2 lbs this week. We had company show up with a bucket of KFC, it sure smelled good! I took a thigh and peeled the skin off...it sure was good. My stats were OK, a bit fatty but that's OK cuz I'll work that into my weekly plan.

I'm trying something different. I used to do this at WW and avoided plateaus and stalls. Instead of staying strictly within a set number for the day, I'm counting them for the week. Ex. I'm allowed 800 cal., 60 carbs and 22 fats a day. Instead I'll be counting those numbers for the week....5600 cal, 420 carbs and 154 fats. This way every day can be varied so my body doesn't get used to set levels plus it gives me more leeway for those days I have to wing it or I'm satisfying a craving. Anyway...wish me luck that it works the same as it used to!
