So you Faithful February girls, how'd ya do? 

I've had 1008 calories and 74 gm of protein so far today.

Breakfast: Western Alternative bagel with 2 tsp of peanut butter
Lunch; protein drink, one ham/cheese roll-up
Snack: 1 cup low fat trash mix
Dinner: 4 oz hamburger patty, ketchup, 60 calorie coleslaw.
Snack:???  maybe  SF fudgesicle to keep the calories in range for today.

Well my plan got off track just a bit from what I posted this morning....  did great all day until I got in the car and ate 6 mints on the way home and then  had a few chips while I was waiting on my fish that mom had in the oven instead of what I had planned on.  The skinny cow treat will put be over my 1200 for the day so right now I'm saying no.... but in another hour or so I might not be so strong.... besides it's only 140 cal!!!! hehe

stress and eating.. oh yeah there's a connection.  My problem was I didn't think about eating and was trying to catch up. Got my planned breakfast and lunch in, but lunch was at 5:30.  And I was so worked up still being at work that I ate the sandwich thin with the turkey and cheese and the divider paper between the cheese ON the sandwich. Didn't notice or care till it was about gone.  Extra fiber?

Gonna see what I need to eat this evening later to not wake up famished and force myself to eat on time tomorrow.

Whoa...a lot more calories than I would have liked today!

Rode my bike 30 minutes this morning, took all vits and supplements

Calories: 1700   protein 113 grams

Food:
protein coffee
Atkins shake
1 beef enchilada at lunch and 1 sf mousse pudding cup
trail mix for snack
parmesan chicken for dinner

I did stick to my plan for the most part today.  Drank a bunch of fluid so I'm hoping that helps with the swelling some.  I ended up adding a couple of snacks through the day, but they were either nearly all protein, or fiber heavy decent carbs so I'm feeling good about that.

Ended up at 1795 cal, 145 protein, 127 net carb, 36 fiber

It's a wrap for the day, as I'm pooped and ready for bed!

I didn't get around to posting last night..came home from work and "that was the end of that"...but didn't want y'all to think I wasn't being FAITHFUL, accountable and supporting...

Yesterday I had:

Protein coffee X 2

Pure Protein bar X 1 (2 different times-can only eat 1/2 at a time)

Small Wendy's chili

2 bites brisket...wasn't sitting well, so I has some pre-prepared SF pudding with protein powder (was PREPARED-be proud of me!!)

DID have all my vits, but not enough water...not sure why the struggle with water, all of a sudden

RNY 4-22-02...

You guys are so good.  I have got to get back with it before I gain all my weight back.  I have put on about 5 pounds and I can feel everyone of them.  I seeing old habits sneaking back in.  I have also got to start exercising more.  The flab on my stomach is driving me crazy.  We have started dance lessons on Thursday nights which is fun.  Now I need to go at least a couple of other times during the week to get in all the exercise dancing has to offer.

Teena come post with us everyday.  It only takes a minute but helps you to be accountable during the day.  I gained 5 over the holidays and still have about 3 hanging on.  I refuse to go above my 5 lb limit so I have to make myself post everyday so I will make good choices MOST of the time.

Exercise is where I'm a complete failure.  After my fall at my Mom's where I hurt my knee so badly I haven't been able to do anything.  It still goes out on me just walking.  I feel like a SLUG now that I'm not doing anything again.  I would love to get a recumbant bike cuz I think that would help me to at least strengthen it.
