Hope everyone is doing well. It's a new month and I'm ready for it. I hope to lose 5lbs this month and maintain. If I make some progress by 2/20/10, I'm going to reward myself by ordering my very own Total Gym.

Well I think my february focus will be to be okay with the 3 to 4 pound seesaw that I am stuck on. I'm thinking that's what the real world calls maintenance.
I do hope that my insatiable appetite is gone from this weekend. Usually I am okay at work and being so busy.
have plenty of protein packed and precooked. So my focus is to stay on track and be FAITHFUL to myself.
My plan for the day is:
Protein coffee
Fiber plus bar
Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Tortilla soup w/ extra lean beef
Lunch meat & cheese roll up
Beef vegetable soup
Honey crisp apple

What a successful January I had....drumroll please....MINUS 0.2 lbs!!! Am I the queen of maintenance or what? Not that I'm complaining cuz any loss is certainly better than a gain. Throughout the month I made good choices for my meals and always had a plan, it's those darn snacks that get me. I know everytime I reach for a piece of candy that it's going to keep me from losing but knowing it and changing the behavior are two different things. But I'm like Paige, I'm sitting at 156.8 today and would love to be at 153. I'm not sure it's really worth cutting out the snacks I love for 3-4 lbs.
Plan for today
Breakfast: It's bagel with peanut butter day
Lunch: Protein drink, lunch meat roll-ups
Dinner: hamburger patty, coleslaw.
Let's get back to posting at night too. It keeps me HONEST during the day.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
You know I am loving the name of for the month of February. My three year bandiversary is fast approaching and I am hoping to be at my goal of 180 and if not really, really close to it. I have no plan for today other than I will be attempting to rid myself of all the carbs I had over the weekend.
