Sherry so glad to see you posting.  I've been worried about you since your ER trip.  Please take it easy with the move and try not to work too hard.  I hope you two are still planning on going on the cruise with us.  You have until Feb 19 to pay your deposit.

Good morning all!!  I'm up and ready for another fun filled week.  Had a great weekend, and wi**** could go on and on.  We found a great dresser in perfect condition at the dumpster on Saturday, so we snagged it and are going to store it at the in-laws until we move in April.  Our issues at church continue, and now we are hearing rumors of families that will be leaving the church in the next few weeks.  It makes me sad and mad at the same time, but unfortunately it's out of my control so all I can do is hang on for the ride and see where we end up.

Not sure what is going to be on my plate today with work.  I've got to see where I'm at with my projects and possibly start some new ones.  My boss did volunteer me to go in and train some people at the office tomorrow, so I'll be out fighting the traffic in the morning.  Oh well, if I only have to go in once a week it's definitely better than it was.

Hope everyone has a fantastic day!

Good morning train riders.  I just finished my 3 day work weekend so now I have 3 days off.  Lots to do including filing taxes, cleaning, laundry. paying bills, etc so it's not really days "off".  It's just different kinds of work that you don't get paid for.

In honor of Monday:  Here's hoping Jodie has a great first day in the Windy City and here's hoping Liz is still liking her job.  Sounds like Annette is rocking hers but is too busy to post with us much anymore and I miss her.  Prayers for all those in jobs that they hate or are challoenging and for those looking for work.  Regardless of your situation, try to make it a good one, we'll be here waiting for you when you get home.

Karen it was nice to see you start the train.. Sheri I wish they could figure out what the medical issues are with you and John. Did they ever figure out what was going on with him?  I might have missed it. Steph glad you made it through your 3 day jaunt of working. Try not to work too much over the next 3. Jodie all I have to say to you is I MISS YOU..
Tomorrow, I go back to work. I know that Doug is not going to like me doing that. I am nervous for him because when I woke up this morning he had knocked all the bottles of his meds on the floor and was sitting on the side of the bed trying to figure out what he was going to do to get them off the floor so he could take the pain meds. Bless his heart. We all know what it is like to recover from surgeries. It is a long hard road.
I want to do a huge massive shout out to three special ladies. Becky Liz and Karen.
Thanks for the food. Thanks for the visit. Doug thanks is soooooooo much and is so happy with his blanket.
Prayers for those in need and hugs to those that need them.

Smile, it increases your face value.

Kathy, run out to your favorite store, WALMART and buyDoug one of the "grabbers" that people use to pick up stuff they can't reach.  I got mine in the "as seen on TV" section for $10.  It was worth every penny after my plastics.

Thanks Steph. That is a good idea. When I was in my car accident and had the broken pelvic bone and hand and they put in my fake hip, my sister brought me one and I was like What the hell.?? But, I sure was glad that she got it for me. I used it so much.. I will look at at Wally for it today.

Smile, it increases your face value.
