Judy has been accepted by Medicare and has had three physical and occupation therapysessions this past week. Judy has been cooperative, is finally eating a bit and we have reduced the feeding tube feedings to 1/2. She gets a real shower three times a week in her Geri chair. She complains at first but is very happy after she gets back in her room. We are making baby steps but Judy was also finally put on an antidepressant which I also think is helping. We took her into the dining room the other day first trip out of her room. Our objective now is to get her mobile and then possible move her to a facility that works and has more to offer for stroke victims. Will have to be in San Antonio then. But right now she is doing much better.

Thanks for your continued prayers and good wishes for her and Don ...

Don't say anything unkind, untrue, or unnecessary.
Grief is not a sign of weakness, nor a lack of faith ...
it is the price of love.
