Godd Morning My WLS Family,

Go**** is cold outside.  I know I said I wanted to come to DE to see a little snow but enough already!  They are talking about more snow for tonight and maybe for the weekend.  That does not make me happy.  This is my weekend to see Jon and Tim.  Had a nice day with Mark yesterday.  We went and did some shopping, got the van serviced, and had lunch at Bob Evans.  Today I am headed off to see the Pain Management Doctor to get my Tens machine, and have my medications checked.  Not looking forward to the drive.  I just dont like to drive and especially when it is a place I have been too only once.  Good thing for Navigation.  It got us there last time and I am sure it will do it again. Then back home to go to the base and get a couple of things at the Commisary that Walmart did not have.  Well guess that is all from Dover.  Prayers this morning for all those spoken and unspoken needs, and special prayers for Viv and her family, Meggie and Ken, and Jenny and Eric.   Have a blessed day, and stay warm.  Love you guys

 Thanks for the prayers for me and my family.    My oldest and youngest son had a heart to heart talk ( in private.....I have no idea what they said ) with my middle son last night.    Then it was my and my husband's turn.   My husband told him that the he would go away ( Midland/ Odessa ) area with teen challenge for his drug problems and complete their 9 - 14 month program that he would give him his 2004 Dodge Dakota ( that he has had since new ) and give him the title in his name....that is IF he will do that.    He said he would think about it.    I pray that he will seriously take the offer to heart.    We want him off the drugs and to dump the loser GF.    Please keep the prayers coming for him and I will be praying that the pain management center can help you Michelle.   Love and miss you !!!

GOOD MORNING! HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY! What do you think mr groundhog will say- more winter or full spring ahead?! I know you and me both Michelle are hoping for SPRING! At this point I'll take missing any work for snow days to get warmer weather. It seems to hurt my foot worse when its cold. Yesterday it hurt so bad and then because I was standing on my good foot/leg so much at the store and limping to relieve the pressure when I was out walking, that I got a charley horse in my good leg right when it was my time to check out of course so I'm now walking very funny and trying not to say ow ow ow ow while checking out. lol.

Today is another visit to the foot doc for a shot and then to PT. AND THEN-if we can get a sitter- hopefully to date night with my hubby because its our 3rd anniversary of our first date! I thought from the start he was pretty special and it didn't take long before I KNEW he was!!

Prayers for Meggie- my heart breaks for all you've been through my dear. I hope to hear an update soon.

Prayer for Eric- a treatment day for him. Praying he does okay today.

Gina-how are you feeling?
Gaye- how is work going now-easier?
Liz- how is the new job?
Sara-are you being nice to Liz? lol.
Danni- sounds like you're having a great time and I'm so happy-you deserve it girl!

I have to get going. If I didn't mention you specifically its nothing against you- I just haven't had caffeine yet and its before 5am. I love each and every one of you.

ALISSA-thanks for asking-you're always so thoughtful. I actually DO feel better..not great YET..but better...the coughing is alot less often...the chest congestion, etc still feels like it's "there", but it may just be my imagination, cuz I've gotten so used to it! I had my follow up Chest X-ray yesterday, in prep for my follow up doc appt tomorrow. The X-ray tech scared me a little when he took "extra pictures"..he said the processor was acting up...and then, when I was leaving, he patted me on the back and said "I'll be praying for you"...He's probably just a nice, Christian young man who says that to all the old ladies (he had already called me "ma'am" and "hun" multiple times)...but...still...lol

Gine I do hope you get some relief more and more everyday.. Hugs to you.

WOOOHOOO for Tuesday!  I got some rest last night and now I'm ready for a new day!  Work is all that's on the agenda, but 30 mins on the recumbent bike with a good book put me in a great frame of mind!  Me time, just what I needed LOL....

I just wanted to pop in and say hello.  DH and I are still neck deep in remodeling.  I have dry wall guts coating all the furniture, but at least two walls are back up.  Progress!

I'm also slowly getting through my writer's block.  That is so frustrating, but I've gotten a lot of encouragement lately, and it's going a long way toward helping me.

Some of you are in such pain and trouble that I can't hardly stand it!  My prayers are added to those already going up for your recovery.
