Jumpstart January B2B Sunday
I am down 3 lbs. for the month of January. It could be better, but I will take the 3 lbs. It wasn't the same and it wasn't more than early January.
Plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Pro Joe...tried mocha **** tried chai tea(ok but really sweet) will try vanilla today
Mexican food at restaurant for lunch today
Chicken something for dinner...have it thawed

I completely understand, sticking to my meal plan is also always more challenging on the weekends. I guess, it's the same for all of us. As far as yesterday, I did well with my food,exercised, took my vitamins, but did not get all my water in for the day. -- Plan to do better today, I hope.
