I am down 3 lbs. for the month of January.  It could be better, but I will take the 3 lbs.  It wasn't the same and it wasn't more than early January.

Plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Pro Joe...tried mocha **** tried chai tea(ok but really sweet) will try vanilla today
Mexican food at restaurant for lunch today
Chicken something for dinner...have it thawed

Good morning!!!  Not sure what my plan is for today yet... haven't been too good lately at sticking to it when I do have one!  Went out to eat mexican food with hubby yesterday so that threw me off.... even though we just split an order of nachos and I only had 3.  We did go and take our gym membership off hold yesterday but it is not effective until tomorrow.  Spent too much time yesterday working on taxes and running errands so I never got around to getting on the treadmill...need to do that today once everyone is up.

 Good Morning TMB,

I completely understand, sticking to my meal plan is also always more challenging on the weekends.  I guess, it's the same for all of us.  As far as yesterday, I did well with my food,exercised, took my vitamins, but did not get all my water in for the day.  -- Plan to do better today, I hope.

Today's Mission - 

Goals: 
Take my vitamins
Exercise
Drink 4 bottles of water

Well...I'm back home and on schedule again. I went to my GF's house up near Dallas last Tuesday and came home yesterday. This was my first overnight venture away from home so it was interesting to get out of the comfort zone and remember vits and to eat on time, much less WHAT to eat. But I was proud of myself, I stayed on track and didn't miss any vits.
