I am super excited about loosing the weight and wondering how I stop loosing weight once I have lost all the weight I want to.

I can only tell you from what I know. Before anyone starts bashing me. This is only coming from whom I know or have heard of. I only know 2 persons that has had issues with losing too much weight and could not stop. This is out of 100's of wls people. Talk to your doctor and see what they have to tell you. I would weight until you got at least 2 yrs out before you even start worrying about it. You are still in the very early stage. The honeymoon stage. Just my opinion.

I have that problem. I just started eating more and more. I eat every 2 hours all day long. I get about 2500 calories in to maintain at 135 pounds. I'm happy to say I've maintained for a month now.

Tonya, unless you become "underweight" do not worry about it. There, more than likely, will come a time when the bounce back will take care of your concern of a few lbs below your goal.
I can say this because I did lose below goal by 12 lbs, it came back within a short time to an acceptable weight. Now I'm "over" my goal weight by about 5 lbs.
Continue to eat healthy. Most people lose the majority of their weight the first 12 month. You may continue to see a couple lb loss each month for a few just be aware don't try to "stop" the lose and gain bad habits in the process.

Tonya, I will tell that I continue to lose weight at over 2 1/2 years out... Everyone's body is different. For me, it has been constant, but the last 6 months slowed down dramatically. These days, my body fluctuates between losing inches one month and pounds the next.
If you're really concerned, check with your doctor or nutritionist, but stopping loss is rarely a problem as we eat more the further out we get. If anything, maintaining for most becomes a challenge. I haven't hit that wall yet, but getting close.
