I did really well with plan this week except for exercise.  No excuses, just fessing up.  And ya'll know if I didn't exercise I'm now off kilter in my mind as well as the scale.  So...back to basics.

I already made a date with a friend to go to spining class friday night at 545pm.  Afterwards we plan to do weights for 30 minutes and discuss a game plan. I'd never let her down, so I know I'll be at the gym no matter what.

Good morning!  Taking the weekend to get my head screwed on right!!!  Plan to exercise both days on the treadmill since that's all the doctor will let me do right now.  It's hard to get back in that routine when you have been off of it for almost 2 months!   Also going to a support group meeting this morning!  I hope to have my "maintenance group" up and running in February so I am so excited about that!!!   Weight is still within my 5lb range so it's really just the head games I need to focus on this weekend.

Here is my plan for today.....

Food Name Amount Unit Cals Fat (g) Carbs (g) Prot (g) Delete

It's a lapband group that meets in the Woodlands.  However, I am starting a maintenance group that will meet one Sat. a month hopefully starting in Feb.!  If your interested I will let you know when that starts.

Oh, OK.  Can my mom go to that lapband group or is it a specific surgeon's group??  I already contacted you about your maintenance group.  Thanks!!

I don't do anything special??  Just highlight it and click ctrl and C then here when I'm ready to paste I hit ctrl V and this is how it copies.

I slept in this morning and it felt good...think I got 9 hrs. sleep!

I got up and rather than getting on the computer I rode my bike first for 30 minutes.  I know me and if I don't get it out of the way first thing, I usually don't get back to it.

My plan may not be my best for today, but here it is:
lots of liquids
protein coffee
Another protein drink: pro joe, click, something!
lunch: probably some kind of soup since it's cold
dinner: chicken or something w/ ground chuck...I have both thawing and will let Ben help decide what to do w/ them
trail mix
