Food log-Friday Night
OK, so the weekend has begun, no reason to slack off now. Fess up...what did you eat today?
Calories: 1096 Protein: 78
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: ham/provalone/sandwich thin bread
fresh strawberries/banana
Snack: hershey bar (yup, a whole one)
Dinner: homemade turkey noodle soup (calorie count subjective-based on Boston Market's soup).

Unfortunately, tracking the food makes it a little too real sometime. I am supposed to be able to lose 2 lbs. a week on 1700 calories a day. I hit a little too close to that today!

I rode my bike 30 minutes this morning.

RTD protein ...pro joe or something like that
trail mix for snack
chipped beef, chips and tiny piece of pd. cake for lunch (fundraiser)
1 beef enchilada for dinner
