Food Log - Thursday Night
I took all my vits/supplements
I forgot to set my alarm last night and woke up later than usual this morning so had to forgo the exercise.
Food I ate:
protein coffee
Click shake
chef salad for lunch
trail mix for snack
baked tilapia and pinto beans for dinner

Great minds think alike. I sat down to start the thread and you beat me to it.
So far today this is what I've had
Breakfast: protein drink
Snack: banana
Lunch: 3 oz steak, 1 cup Low fat/low calorie coleslaw
Snack: trash mix
Dinner??? defrosted some homemade turkey noodle soup so I'll probably have that.
I have to work the next 3 days so I just made 3 protein drinks and froze them. Also bought ham/cheese/sandwich thins for my lunches. And I have lots of good snacks in the house that I can take as well. Vitamin box is filled, only thing left to do is clean some radishes. I like to take with with me for crunch.

Paige here's my low fat trash mix recipe. It has a lot less calories than Cracker jacks but tastes great. It does contain lots of sugar but it makes so much (4 cookie sheets full) that the calories really aren't too bad.
Steph's Trash Mix
Mix the following in a large roasting pan
4 bags microwave popcorn (Light)
1/2 box Crispix cereal
1/2 box Corn Pops Cereal
1/2 bag pretzel sticks (broken into pieces)
Heat on stove and bring to a boil (stir constantly)
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup liquid Butter Buds (reconstitute from powder)
1/2 cup white corn syrup
Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp baking soda- it will foam so keep stirring.
Pour over cereal/popcorn mixture slowly until everything is lightly coated.
Spread on 4 cookie sheets that have been covered with foil and sprayed with PAM.
Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool until hardened. Break apart and store in airtight container (rubbermaid/plastic container). Will keep for 2-3 weeks.

Over all, I think today was a good day - could have been a total disaster.
