Well, if you wanted to still get the discount, the sneaky thing to do would be to take back the stuff that you wanted to get on sale and get a refund (give them some pretext why you're bringing it back, like "oops, I thought this was another brand", or some such) .. Then go back a day or two later with the coupons and "re-buy" the same stuff .
