Last few days in January...let's make 'em count!

I have already ridden my bike 30 minutes this morning.

My plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake
part of a sausage kolache at jury duty...avoiding plain donuts yesterday
lunch: chef salad
dinner: beef w/ veggie leftovers or baked tilapia and pinto beans
snack: 1/4 c trail mix

Take the stairs at work
Seek WLS support

My Meal Plan:
B: Protein Shake
L: Turkey, Egg White, Cream Cheese & Pork Skins (for crunch)
S: Turkey/Cheese Lettuce Wraps, Carrot Sticks, & Celery Sticks 
D: Grilled Chicken Breast & Salad
S: Protein Shake (only if needed)

morning everyone,

Scale is very kind and I have to keep it going.  Don't know if it's the eating or the exercising or both, so I will try to keep both going.

Made some 'soup' with navy beans,ground beef and the leftover gravy (tomato sauce, onions, celery) from my swiss steak. We will see how that goes over.

eggs, cheese, lowcarb english muffin and sausage
beef, navy bean soup
Atkins protein bar
more soup for dinner probably

lots of water and hoping to get another walk in after work. sure helps DEstress me.
