baked tilapia and pinto beans for dinner

There is no weight gain, no loss either so right now just keeping my head in the game as much as I have been I'll take. I'd like to lose 5 lbs before my 5 years......we'll see.
Today's plan will be simple since I don't feel well. Probably lots of liquids because I not hungry either.

I am a real example of NOT planning and then running around this morning. So tired last evening and just didn't want to PLAN and think anymore.
So it's quick leftovers today and I did okay with it yesterday so we will do it again. Well, as long as folks keep their distance when the beans kick in (peee uuuu).
eggs cheese and bacon
beef, bean and tortilla soup
Atkins protein bars for snacks
Not sure about dinner. may try to do the grocery tonight before the weather gets horrible and I have to work overtime on Saturday. Got to pay for those groceries!

I have to tell you, I'm consistant if nothing else. Weight this morning is within 1/2 lb of my weight on Jan 1st. I can't wrap my brain around doing what I need to do to lose another 3-5 lbs. I'm getting tired of washing my ONE pair of size 10 jeans over and over while 6 pair of size 8's sit in a drawer, lol.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: leftover steak and coleslaw
Dinner: chicken salad lettuce wraps??
