Time for th WoooHooo Wednesday WLS Express
Good Morning Riders!
Today is a new day. Yesterday was good here at work. I got a special project done and recieved allot of praises. Now my head is big...lol. Today I meet up with my new boss. I can already feel the stress leaving me. Go figure.
My thoughts are with our Kathy today as Doug has his surgery. Prayers for Eric and Meggie as well for their journey to the world of good health. Prayers also for our friends and families that are strugling with lifes issues. Ms Gina, I am going to come out of my shell and kick your butt. You are always here for us let us be here for you.

WooHoo, it is Wednesday! My woohoo is my scale is back down almost 3 lbs today from my 2 lb bounce last week. I swear Wednesday is always my best day of the week - coincidentally, my surgery was on a Wednesday, go figure.
I WAS going to go sit with Bender while Doug is in surgery, but the hussy refused to tell me what hospital or surgery time because she didn't want me to be bored ... WTH! Bored and Bender don't belong in the same sentence. She knows I'm a phone call away though.
I'm getting things ready for the carpet / vinyl installation tomorrow. Moving the breakables 'cuz I don't trust the carpet crew with them. I'm going to attempt to get the rest of the laminate up. Shouldn't be that hard - I'm good at tearing **** up!
Visit with eye doc yesterday confirmed my iritis is back in full swing and I have a small cyst inside my lower eyelid - he called it an internal sty. It doesn't hurt, but is bothersome. Antibiotics for 10 days and steroid eye drops for 6-8 weeks. Antibiotics are supposed to help the sty, but if not then he'll lance it - doesn't that sound like too much fun! If the eye drops don't help the iritis in 6-8 weeks, then I'll get the steroid shot in me eye ball again - see how much fun I have! It's really not as bad as it sounds.
Should be heading to Chicago Sunday afternoon, then on to San Francisco on Wednesday from there. Not sure if I'm come home Thurs night or Friday. If they want me to stay until Friday I may just stay over the weekend and get familiar with the area. Need to scope out things to do for the weekends that King comes out west instead of me coming home. One of the best perks we've got - spousal travel! YEA!
Gotta run - I'll be around and try to pop back in later.
Oh one last note - GINA - I'm with Tawnya - don't make me stop this car!!!

Jumping on while the train is in my part of the world. Lots of 'stuff' on my 'plate' lately. I am at four different campuses for work, the stock show is starting for the girls tomorrow, lots of decisions to make (all good!), and previous life stuff about to make me crazy.
For the good news: I have kicked caffeine! I have also quit taking advil/motrin/ibuprofen too. I am getting my body back. Now if I could just give up sweet stuff! maybe that's next.

Got a text from Kathy that says that Doug is out, lost a lot of blood, he took a big chance of being paralyzed with how bad his back looked, but the surgery went well.
Prayers for them as Doug begins to heal. Prayers for Erik and Jenny. Prayers for Debbi. Prayers for Gina too- right after I kick her cute butt.
