lots of water AND WE WALKED FOR 45 minutes to and thru the park and back!

Chai latte, ham/bean soup, 4 bagel crisps.... then it went downhill....part of a birthday cookie, chips and queso and 2 nachos at pappasitos... then I had a few bites of Cams bday brownie/ice cream!! But I did say NO to the margarita!!! Now to buckle down.... 2 more weeks until the next kiddos bday and a probably an exact repeat of today! Oh well... my little guy only turns 11 once!!!
The topic at the table was..... "Mom am I going to start having stinky arm pits and grow hair now???" Gee I can't wait to see what's next.....

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Just walked in the door from gambling followed by peep time. Food choices were NOT good today.
Breakfast: Western Alternative bagel with peanut butter
Casino: protein bar
Car ride: 2 tootsie roll pops, bag of trash mix
McDonald's Peep time: double cheeseburger, small fry-burger tasted like mush and was very greasy
Car ride: blood sugar drop after the McD's~fried foods?? 2 tootsie rolls, some more trash mix.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
My day could have been better. Come dinner time, I let a few unplanned food items sneak in. I forced myself to spend another 45 minutes on treadmill because of it.
Was able to check off most of my goals for the day. Took my vitamins, exercised, used the stairs at work today, and I'm still working on my water.
I'm tired and need to get a good night sleep......
