Jumpstart January B2B Tuesday
Rode my bike 30 minutes already and hung upside down in my inversion table a few minutes because I woke up w/ a tension headache.
Plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Atkins shake
chicken cordon bleu casserole for lunch
beef-veggie stir fry for dinner
1/4 c trail mix...no more than that!
and NO middle of the night snacks...

It's early in the morning and the treadmill is already on in the Martinez house hold. Working out in the morning helps keep my "stinking thinking" in check.
Looking to stay motivated and focused on healthy food choices today.

Take my vitamins
Drink 4 bottles of water
Take the stairs @ work
Post on OH - seek support

L: Turkey, Cream Cheese, Egg White & Pork skins
S: Turkey/Cheese lettuce wraps w/ almonds
D: ??? (Will update later)
S: Protein Shake (only if needed)

Funny thing about the McNuggets, I looked up the nutrition and the 6 piece McNuggets has much better stats (other than protein) than the Premium Select Chicken Strips. I guess all the extra carb breading makes them "premium".

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Scale is back down over 4 pounds from the disaster weekend. So I am going to put it away and see if it will stay that way.My plan for the day is a bit different. Just couldn't bring myself to eat a sandwich again.
Special K protein and yogurt
Western bagel english muffin with peanut butter
2 string cheese
ground beef with some kind of beans
water water water
hopefully another destressing walk with Maddie after work.

Had a bad evening of snacking last night. Did okay till the kids got out chips and then LEFT THEM IN FRONT OF ME. So much easier to grab the chips than to walk to the kitchen for something healthy. *sigh* Today will be better. I don't like the water retention I'm feeling this morning. Need to remember this feeling at night when I start to snack on the wrong things....
Today:
Lots of liquids - especially water.
B: Protein coffee - already in. :)
L: Not sure - maybe another protein coffee OR leftovers (gotta check the fridge)
D: Roast and veggies
Snacks: baby carrots, apple with peanut butter
