I've been so busy and "out of sorts" today, that I decided to stick to protein  and give my guts a rest. I've had 3 shakes and a protein bar-and lots of water. Not hungry-still a bit queasy...kinda wish I could feel this way for about 3 months and lose 50 lbs..lol

Did okay so far.... still have not had my believe protein drink yet but will probably have that later after I do my 3miles on the treadmill.  The hardest part of the day is between 3-6 for me... things are winding down at work and I'm on my way home... that's when the head hunger gets me... all I want to do is snack!!!!  Still have some liquids to get in tonight... but I'm always behind on that!!!

my day has been much better than the last four days and I'm having some pork ribs for dinner.  Good protein.  I'm trying to get in enough water this evening as well.

I do hope to keep up with the walking. Only 30 minutes but my thighs were already getting the itchy's going.  So it's something.

Thanks Kathy...too bad iti won't make the lbs. fall off!  I figure sometimes with what I eat people feel way better about what they're eating!

Ok just now have time to log my food.  Hope I remembered everything.  Only came up with 1056 calories and 83 gm protein.  Seems like it was more but I can't think of anything I missed.

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch 1/2 pork chop, applesauce, 1 cup trash
Snack: 100 calories snack bar
Dinner: one fajita, licorice
Snack: fresh bananas, strawberries and blackberries.

 Hi Everyone,

Had a pretty good day.  Stuck to my meal plan, took all my vitamins and just drank the last of my water for today.
