I was watching CNN news earlier this a.m. and Clark Howard, the financial tipster, reported to viewers that there is now a subsidy available from the feds for ex-workers eligible for C.O.B.R.A. healthcare benefits.

As many of us know, although a lot of persons qualify to continue their group health care ins. coverage through C.O.B.R.A. after leaving their employer, the great majority of them cannot afford to do so, unfortunately.    This new gov. subsidy will pay approximately 2/3 of the premiums for up to 15 months ..  This good news means a lot of folks should now still be able to continue on their path toward WLS ..

Anyone interested can learn more details about the program by checking out Clark Howard's column on the CNN website.

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )
