My plan for today:
Breafast: scrambled egg, canadian bacon, cheese on toasted sandwich thin
Lunch: chicken salad lettuce wraps
Dinner: grilled pork chop, salad, applesauce

I did pretty good for being at home all day yesterday. I'm down a few oz. so I'm good with that.
Plans for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
Click or another protein drink
out to eat for lunch...not sure where...will make good choice
don't know what supper is because we're eating at my sisters tonight

It's amazing what thinking about things ahead of time does for my attitude and ability to follow through. Something about flying by the seat of my pants just does not work for me.

It's a beautiful day here in Houston. The sun is out and the temperature is amazing...not too cold, but not too hot either. I hope to really take advantage of the amazing weather.
I woke up early and went for a nice 3 mile walk at Memorial Park with my husband. I have a few errands to run, but plan to take my daughter to the park later today so she can play in the play ground. I sometimes forget that I can ride down the slide with her now. I hope to run around and be silly with her.
My Meal Plan for today:

S: Turkey, FF Cream Cheese, Egg White & 1/2oz Pork Skins
D: Asian Chicken Salad
S: Protein Shake (only if needed)
