Food Log-Sunday night

So how did you do today?  It's time to make your plan for the week ahead.  If you plan, you will be successful so don't leave things up to chance.

So far today I'm at 926 calories but only 58 gm of Protein

Breakfast: scrambled egg with cheddar cheese on a toasted sandwich thin
Lunch: 2 chicken salad lettuce wraps
Snack: LF trash mix (just a tad)
Dinner: one beef fajita (cheese, onions, bell pepper) on a tortilla
Snack: Russell Stover snack bar-100 CALORIE

Need to add another high protein snack before bed.

Not too bad.... I consider it a good day if I stay below 1200!  Today I am 1163 cal with 54g of protein.   I am behind on my water today... not sure if I will be able to get it all in yet tonight or not.  I still need to get on the treadmill and do my 3 miles yet tonight.  We did play around of the Wii fit today with the kids.  Not sure I would want to depend on it for a real workout!!!!

Tomorrow is a new week.... weighed in this morning and going to try really hard to stay off the scale until this time next week!!!!

Okay...got in too late yesterday to track but here it is...not my best stab at eating healthy but not my worst.

30 minutes riding bike
took all vits/supplements except calcium, which I forgot!
96 oz. fluids
protein coffee
click protein drink
sf decaf coffees w/ creamer (2)
salad, few oysters, one hushpuppy and pinto beans for lunch
salad, 2 oz. steak, 1/2 c mashed potatoes and 1/2 piece of garlic bread for dinner plus 2 bites cheesecake and 2 bites 7 layer bar
Trail mix

No damage done on wt....stayed the same this morning.
