Food Log-Sunday night
So how did you do today? It's time to make your plan for the week ahead. If you plan, you will be successful so don't leave things up to chance.
So far today I'm at 926 calories but only 58 gm of Protein
Breakfast: scrambled egg with cheddar cheese on a toasted sandwich thin
Lunch: 2 chicken salad lettuce wraps
Snack: LF trash mix (just a tad)
Dinner: one beef fajita (cheese, onions, bell pepper) on a tortilla
Snack: Russell Stover snack bar-100 CALORIE
Need to add another high protein snack before bed.

Tomorrow is a new week.... weighed in this morning and going to try really hard to stay off the scale until this time next week!!!!

salad, few oysters, one hushpuppy and pinto beans for lunch
salad, 2 oz. steak, 1/2 c mashed potatoes and 1/2 piece of garlic bread for dinner plus 2 bites cheesecake and 2 bites 7 layer bar
Trail mix
No damage done on wt....stayed the same this morning.
