So how did you do today?  Just cuz it's a weekend doesn't mean you don't have to be accountable.  It's time to fess up!!

My totals so far today are:  Calories 969  Protein: 73

Breakfast: protein drink
Snack: 3 pieces of black licorice
Lunch: homemade chicken salad/lettuce wrap
Snack: LF trash mix (too much)
Dinner: 3 oz London Broil, roasted new potatoes

Planning on a protein ice cream snack for later- it's freezing as we speak.  That will bring me to Calories: 1175  Protein 103

I did OK, calories are actually lower than planned. We went to Jason'sDeli after buying groceries and I had a 1/2 bowl of vegatable soup and 2 little cornbread muffins. My carbs are too high but the honey crisp apple and the muffins were worth it! I was watching my proteins instead of the carbs!

OK, I'll confess, yesterday I threw caution to the wind and indulged.  Went out to Genghis Grill, had all protein and veggies (good choice), then went to a movie and had a small popcorn with butter (not great choice). 

Today I've gone over my goals, but not terribly so I'm ok with it, though I need to get back onto better choices tomorrow.  I'm feeling like poo right now, so I'm going to be heading to bed soon.

Here's what today looked like for me:
Protein Coffee
Scrambled eggs & bacon at IKEA
Cliff Z-Bar
1 oz Beef fajita meat
Fiber plus bar
Way more Gumbo w/ sausage than I'd like to admit
4 oz pork ribs
Cottage cheese w/ salsa

My totals were: 1779 cal, 15 fiber, 130 net carbs, 150 protein, around 128 oz water

Didn't do too bad although we did go out to lunch today... had a few chips with salsa and 2 nachos (really, really, wanted a margarita... but passed).   I think I still managed to stay under 1200cal for the day.  I had a protein shake for breakfast and a piece of fish tonight...not much else. 

Doctor had given me permission to get back on the treadmill but felt really swollen today after walking the for a few days so I'm trying to get in alot of water today and will get back on tomorrow.

 Hi Ladies,

I had a pretty good day. I stuck to my food plan, but didn't get all my water in.  I did, however, go for a nice 3 mile walk this morning and plan to go again tomorrow morning.  

I'm close to goals so I'm hoping to stay motivated.  Love that I get to come on here and post when I'm tempted to eat.  

I'll be here tomorrow.

I didn't post this because I figured with the few postings for the day overall on tx OH and it being weekend no one would post. 

Calories: 1300    protein: 120 g     exercised cleaning house
had all vits/supplements  and 110+ oz. liquids

protein coffee
decaf coffee w/ splenda and creamer
click protein drink
lunch: chicken cordon bleu casserole
snack: few triscuits
dinner: 3 oz. Porterhouse steak and lima beans
snack: sf coconut pudding
