So how did you do today? Just cuz it's a weekend doesn't mean you don't have to be accountable. It's time to fess up!!
My totals so far today are: Calories 969 Protein: 73
Breakfast: protein drink
Snack: 3 pieces of black licorice
Lunch: homemade chicken salad/lettuce wrap
Snack: LF trash mix (too much)
Dinner: 3 oz London Broil, roasted new potatoes
Planning on a protein ice cream snack for later- it's freezing as we speak. That will bring me to Calories: 1175 Protein 103

Today I've gone over my goals, but not terribly so I'm ok with it, though I need to get back onto better choices tomorrow. I'm feeling like poo right now, so I'm going to be heading to bed soon.

1 oz Beef fajita meat
Fiber plus bar
Way more Gumbo w/ sausage than I'd like to admit
4 oz pork ribs
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
My totals were: 1779 cal, 15 fiber, 130 net carbs, 150 protein, around 128 oz water

Doctor had given me permission to get back on the treadmill but felt really swollen today after walking the for a few days so I'm trying to get in alot of water today and will get back on tomorrow.

I had a pretty good day. I stuck to my food plan, but didn't get all my water in. I did, however, go for a nice 3 mile walk this morning and plan to go again tomorrow morning.
I'm close to goals so I'm hoping to stay motivated. Love that I get to come on here and post when I'm tempted to eat.
