Good afternoon all. Pretty nice outside. I need it to be nice next weekend for the Rangers Fanfest.

Another short night. Gotta get ready to go.

Amanda N. - researching the various WLS available. May God help her to choose which is right for her.

George - prayers for Oleta's mother. She is on hospice care and getting worse every day. She is not aware of the purpose of hospice care, so at least she is staying optimistic about her condition.

Gina L. - brother Jerry still suffering. Doctors are now leaning towards the problem being stopped up cardiac areteries.  He is very depressed and has chronic back pain also.

Jennifer - prayer for the sale of their house in San Antonio.  They have made the move to the metroplex but still need to sell their house.

Karen the Papaya Queen asks we pray for her son and his GF and their kids. They lost the parental rights to the children, but the decision is under appeal.

Kat's (Iwannabethinnow) friend will have a scan this week to see if the chemo was successful.

Kim (tennysonkw) wants prayer that she will be a better example to her children in the future, and that God will grant me strength to endure, as her and her husband go through their personal problems. Also she requests prayer for her coworker Tara ane her family. Tara is on hospice care in the hospital and the family is having a tough time accepting it.

MariPW - prayers during a stressful time dealing with her job loss.

Meggie's mother has breast cancer.  She has a large hematoma under it. It is stage 1 cancer and they do not believe it has spread yet and don't think they will need to remove any lymph nodes. Radiation therapy will be everyday for 6-8 weeks.

Vanessa (ButterflyReborn) - she is still anemic and facing another surgery this year. Spouse is physically limited and it is wearing on his mental and emotional state.

Vivian requests prayers for the extra stress in her life due to her son and his girl friend living with her.

Would you add my mom. She is still in the hospital with healing issues in regards to her RNY. We aren't sure when she will get to go home, but hopefully it is soon.

Hey George....
Gotta go put the feet up. Saw Dr. L. today. For the most part, all looks well, but a couple areas are a tad problematic. I ended up having a small fluid collection drained on the side of my knee. Also will be watching the size of the calves to make sure there isn't another issue brewing. All the swelling is probably surgery related but just something to keep his eye on. I go back in about 10 days. I'm tired though so going to just chill out for the rest of the night....

George....update.....son and his GF no longer in my home ( all changed saturday afternoon ). We had a MAJOR blowout !!!! I told her off.....I exploded like a volcano !!! LOL Not a pretty sight at all. My hubby told her that it would be best if she left. My son said he wasn't staying without her....so they left without my house keys......I packed their crap and it is in my entry hall and in my hallway. I am done. I felt last night as if 100 lbs had been lifted from my shoulders. Got up this AM and weighted and I had lost 4.5 lbs. I KNEW that the stress was keeping me from losing weight. The GF called me last night to apologize and asked if they could come back. I told her NO that their stuff was packed and waiting for them to come and get it. She then told me that she hoped I could sleep for making them homeless. I told them that THEY made themselves that way ....I didn't do it. They are at her sister's apartment ( her sister called me this AM to tell me ). Thank GOD that they are NO longer at my house. They need to grow up and learn how to treat people. Thanks for the prayers for them and for the stress in my life. I am now stress free or somewhat.

Even if it is not the resolution you were wanting, at least you have resolution. Just because she showed you proof that they purchased the prescription, does not mean they took it. I would have had them take it in front of me daily. But you done good. You stood up for what you believed and gave the tough love. Nothing wrong with that at all. Prayers for you and them.

Thanks George....I really think that they were taking them although they were acting strange. That is why I asked to see that in the first place. I know when they don't take the suboxine they are deathly sick and feeling like they are dying. None of that was going on....just sleeping really hard and not acting right ( Natalie was that is ). I am sure if Shawn was the only one home he would have shown me what I asked hands down. Natalie has a stinking attitude !!! I am glad that they are out of my house....well her for sure. I miss Shawn....he is really a great kid...just has crappy friends and makes bad judgment.
