It's hard to believe we only have one more week in January.  I too, off 2 lbs. this week after I started riding my bike and that's a good thing

Here's my plan for today:
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
Click drink
salad w/ meat for lunch or I'll stir fry some veggies w/ the meat
chicken cordon bleu casserole for dinner
snack: cottage cheese or meat crisps w/ string cheese and a few triscuits
decaf sf coffee w/ creamer

Hi Everyone,

Yesterday was a disaster!  I'm so glad I get to "start over" today.

Goals:
30-45 minute exercise
Take my vitamins
Drink my fluids
Log food & activity

Meal Plan:
B: Protein Shake
L: Grilled Chicken Salad
S: Protein Shake
D: Turkey, Cheese, Egg Whites & a few pork skins
S: Protein Shake or Fruit or SF Pudding (only if needed)

Good Morning and Great job Karla!!!


I have not planned my food out today.  I took the day off of planning ahead last night....no I am not going off plan I just did not write it out last night!  But hey I made big progress last week and we all made it through. 

Click is down, liquids started. going in to eat greek yogurt with protein powder and then will pick and plan the rest of the day.  I guess a day off is good not and then.  Like I said not a day off of eating healthy though.  I need to get Em on the scale in the am as I noticed her pulling up her pants yesterday....fingers crsosed (she was out the door too early for choir this am).  But we will see.

Later today I will plan out the whole week again as that was helpful and need to make sure I have all that we need for the week.  No quick runs ot the store mean no impluse buys of the wrong foods!!!

Oh and as if I needed more to keep me motivated to help my daughter/myself.  While looking for some photos to send in for a big high school choir renunion next spring....motivation enough to be at goal.  I came across a diary.  I was not good at writing that often...not even once a year.  But I started that diary at the age of 8 and the last entry I was 19 or 20.....anyway I can't tell you the amount of entries of "if only I could lose 30lbs...then so and so would like me"  or " I can do it this time" or "I am tired of being the fat girl with the group" and it goes on......so here we go......here goes a great year for all of us!

Time to post my plan for the day now that it's after lunch!!

Breakfast: protein drink
Snack: 3 pieces black licorice (wasn't exactly planned but it's what I had)
Lunch: 2 lettuce wraps with homemade chicken salad
Dinner: London Broil and Coleslaw??
