lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed

salad w/ meat for lunch or I'll stir fry some veggies w/ the meat
chicken cordon bleu casserole for dinner
snack: cottage cheese or meat crisps w/ string cheese and a few triscuits
decaf sf coffee w/ creamer

Yesterday was a disaster! I'm so glad I get to "start over" today.
Goals:
30-45 minute exercise
Take my vitamins
Drink my fluids
Log food & activity
Meal Plan:
B: Protein Shake
L: Grilled Chicken Salad
S: Protein Shake
D: Turkey, Cheese, Egg Whites & a few pork skins
S: Protein Shake or Fruit or SF Pudding (only if needed)

I have not planned my food out today. I took the day off of planning ahead last night....no I am not going off plan I just did not write it out last night! But hey I made big progress last week and we all made it through.
Click is down, liquids started. going in to eat greek yogurt with protein powder and then will pick and plan the rest of the day. I guess a day off is good not and then. Like I said not a day off of eating healthy though. I need to get Em on the scale in the am as I noticed her pulling up her pants yesterday....fingers crsosed (she was out the door too early for choir this am). But we will see.
Later today I will plan out the whole week again as that was helpful and need to make sure I have all that we need for the week. No quick runs ot the store mean no impluse buys of the wrong foods!!!
