Heading into a weekend again...make good choices!

My plan:
lots of liquids: 100+ oz.
protein coffee already downed
chicken salad on a bed of greens and 6 triscuits for lunch
unsure of dinner tonight...will make a good protein choice
high protein snack: cottage cheese or cheese/meat

Good morning... Planned my day and logged my food.  Glad it's almost  the weekend as I tend to do better!!  Went to a wonderful support group meeting last night... they have made some big changes and I'm really pleased about it!

Goals for Today: 
Stick to MY meal plan 
30 – 45 min. exercise  
Take my vitamins 
Log food intake & activity
Drink 4 bottles of water 
Take the stairs at work   

My Food Plan: 
B: Egg Whites, Ham, FF Cream Cheese, 8 Almonds
L: Turkey/Cheese Lettuce Wraps, Carrots, Celery & Pork Skins
S: Protein Shake
D: 3-4 oz Protein & Veggies ???
S: Protein Shake (if needed)

Ok, let's see...checking the fridge for leftovers....

Breakfast: Western bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: London Broil and cheese stick, fresh fruit
Dinner: Boneless grilled pork chop, mac and cheese?

Not a great plan-we'll see what actually pans out tonight.  Scale is back down to 156 so I'm OK with that.  Would prefer 153 but hopefully we'll get there soon.

Morning,

Scale was kinder today. I won't have it for two days so I do PLAN to weigh Monday morning and then put it away.  At least physically put it somewhere out of site, so it's not so easy to just jump on. Baby steps.  My plan is ditto from yesterday but after lunch, there is no real plan.  We will be leaving for Shiner town after work and it's up to what gets cooked.

Keep the faith folks and remember we can do hard things.

Becky, I've got a better idea...why not take your scale to Shiner and only weigh when you go visit.  Your parents would love getting to see you everyday!!!  (you KNOW I love ya!!)

I think I'm getting the Crud...just don't feel right today. The fur children and I didn't want to get up this morning so we snuggled under a heavy quilt and read until almost 11. Maybe I'll get more centered as I get up and moving. Today is definitely one of those days I just do NOT want to think about food! I've got several good options prepared in the fridge and I'll just have to eport in tonight on what was actually consumed.
