My plan:
lots of liquids: 100+ oz.
protein coffee already downed
chicken salad on a bed of greens and 6 triscuits for lunch
unsure of dinner tonight...will make a good protein choice
high protein snack: cottage cheese or cheese/meat

B: Egg Whites, Ham, FF Cream Cheese, 8 Almonds
L: Turkey/Cheese Lettuce Wraps, Carrots, Celery & Pork Skins
S: Protein Shake
D: 3-4 oz Protein & Veggies ???
S: Protein Shake (if needed)

Ok, let's see...checking the fridge for leftovers....
Breakfast: Western bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: London Broil and cheese stick, fresh fruit
Dinner: Boneless grilled pork chop, mac and cheese?
Not a great plan-we'll see what actually pans out tonight. Scale is back down to 156 so I'm OK with that. Would prefer 153 but hopefully we'll get there soon.

RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
Scale was kinder today. I won't have it for two days so I do PLAN to weigh Monday morning and then put it away. At least physically put it somewhere out of site, so it's not so easy to just jump on. Baby steps. My plan is ditto from yesterday but after lunch, there is no real plan. We will be leaving for Shiner town after work and it's up to what gets cooked.
Keep the faith folks and remember we can do hard things.
