Thursday Eating...How'd you do?

Okay...today pretty good so far.  Here's my totals:

1400 calories     119 g protein         110 oz. liquids

rode my bike for 30 minutes this morning

took all my vits/supplements I need

Food:
protein coffee
Atkins shake
Click shake
beef/veggie stir fry for lunch
pulled pork on garlic toast for dinner
baked summer crispies and 1 stick cheese with triscuits for snack

How did your day go eating wise?

I'm using the new health tracker on OH like Tawnya and I like it.  Way easier to do it on one site!

Good Evening!!

Trying to get into this habit too so I don't take up so much space in the mornings. LOL

I think I did okay today.  Still need a snack later, but am going to try to drink water more than snack tonight as I still NEED more H2O.

Calories:  Just over 1000
Exercise:  Just over 2000 (per Fitday which takes your lifestyle and other activities into account - I like that!)
Protein:  85g

So, according to Fitday I need to consume about 540 less calories than I exercise per day to meet my goal....which I've changed a bit.  Now I want to weigh 125 by July 1.  This means I need to lose just over a pound per week.  I've never made it down to 125.  To date my lowest weight since WLS has been 133.  I would like to lose the other 8 pounds and see how that looks/feels.  If it's not good for me, then back up into the 130s I'll go.  But, I just wanna try it, ya know? I think anything less than 125 (without plastics) would be underweight for me.  Anyway, we will have to see.  

Goal this week/next week is to really increase my water.  Once I get that going properly I want to start hitting the gym.  There is no way I'm going to make my goal if I don't start doing some formal exercise.  I may be burning calories doing housework and walking the dogs, but it's not enough.  Plus, I want to tone and nothing tones like the elliptical and weight machines.  :)

K...enough about me.  Hope everyone else had a good day!!!  Karla/Tawnya...tell me about the OH tracker.  What's it got, how do I find it, etc.  Thanks!!

Sneaking online at work...

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 3 oz London Broil, one cheese stick, fresh strawberries/blackberries
Dinner: plan to have a small kiddy burger, no fries
Snack: SF/FF pudding, one cup LF trash mix

Will total everything later

It's later and here I am: calories 1085, protein 80

Did okay so far.

Had my eggs, cheese, 2 slices bacon on sandwich thin

Lunch was 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 slice colby jack on 1/2 piece pumpernickel bread. tomato and pickle

dinner is broiled hamburger patty with some kind of bean side.

Water is okay but need to load it up some before bed.

Got another car cleaning workout .  It's got a smell I can't get out so I shampooed and vacuumed all the seats and floors.

I've got the "not hungry" thing going on this week.

So far today I've had:

Breakfast:  PURE Protein Chewy Chocolate Chip Bar
Lunch:  8 piece nuggets from Chik Fil A
Snack:  Two sugar cookies
Dinner:  Nothing yet - lunch wasn't until 2pm, so I'll have either another protein bar or 1/2 a peanut butter samich

I'm literally having to make myself eat (even the cookies LOL!) - I don't know if it's the stress of waiting on the job stuff to finalize - yeah, I'm weird like that - stress makes me NOT eat  - or what, but I just can't get in the hungry mood.

 Hi Ladies,

Well, it's 7pm in Houston and so far so good.  I've stuck to my meal plan, I exercised 40 minutes on my treadmill this morning and took the stairs about 4 time at work (6 flights).  I took all my vitamins, logged all my food and have 1 more bottle of water to go for today. 

Thanks for posting, gals.  It really helps keep me on track.

When I type it out, I realize I didn't eat poorly. I just feel so crappy not being able to work out.

B: 2 string cheese
S: wheat crackers and cheese
L: shrimp won ton soup
S: protein bar
D: 1 stuffed shell with shrimp, 1/2 of a chicken cannoloni and a piece of garlic bread with a glass of red wine

My pants felt horrible today. My rib is feeling a little better - got by all day on just 3 motrin so far. I wanted to have a glass of wine with Nicole, so I forewent the hydrocodone tonight. We'll see how I sleep...
