Wednesday eating ....how'd you do?
Good Morning/afternoon!
I really have not posted in a while due to moving and getting adjusted to our new duty station and buying a house, etc. It has been crazy. I was doing really good but the past few days have not been so good! We were all really sick and throwing up last week and I lost 5lbs in 2 days, and I guess it is catching up to me now because now I am having the munchies every minute! It is terrible! I need to focus! I can't get the munchies out of my head!!!! (this is also my period week, maybe thats why, but its KILLING me, feeling soooo guilty)
B- Protein Coffee
S- Protein bar
L- 1/3 cup of steak & rice (craving carbs)
S- low fat popcorn (the carbs again)
D- turkey burgers w/ cheese & steamed veggies
