B: 1c frosted mini wheats (I need to go to the store OMG I have no variety! All my activia is gone_
1c 1% milk
Slept late, so b was lunch.
D: 3oz grilled chicken, 1.5 oz boiled cabbage...
So nothing too bad, just need more protein and calories. I will get in a good shake in a bit.
I'm going back to work tomorrow... roast and veggies packed, water and vits packed, oh yeah bar packed... I think tomorrow will be a great day!

Dinner: 4 oz London broil steak, 1/2 cup coleslaw with LF dressing.
Snack: fresh strawberries/fresh blackberries

I'm low on water and that's gotten to be a constant goal. I'm way under calories for the day but it will all work out by the end of the week. I explained today in the morning thread....just having a blah day!

Karla, is that the new yoplait ones or whoever makes them. If so I jsut through them all away. I do not dump hardly at all on regular surge but those made me soooooo sick. Sugar alchohols I so can not tolerate.
I tried to post earlier at work but it was weird....my words kept highlighting every now and then like someone was copying them. I got paranoid they were tracking that I was using internet for personal use which is a no no so I closed it LOL!
I will try to get up earlier and post what I am eating. We are doing very well but all this planning and getting ready at night and doing this all alone is not leaving much computer time. I will try to get up early and post my plan in the am.
Today I ate the cordon blue from Paige yummmy. Had a turkey patty for dinner. Did have my click and my yogurt for breakfast. Need another protein drink. and one more water before bed.
Kids are pretty accepting of the new food choices. Trying to slowly get their portion sizes in check. But that will take time. But it is getting better.
Ok I need to go get lunches ready for tomorrow. And plan out breakfast and go to bed. I will set alarm 15 min earlier to allow time to get online!
