Tuesday Eating...How'd you do?

Okay...here's my menu and totals for today:

drank 100 oz. fluids
took all my vits/supplements
exercised for about 20 minutes

Menu:
protein coffee
1 oz. almonds
low carb homemade chicken salad with fresh spinach for lunch
coffee with creamer and splenda
string cheese w/ 2 triscuits
tomato soup made w/ skim milk and 4 triscuits
sf mousse temptations pudding cup

1250 calories    106 g protein

I'm low on protein, just getting my body back to eating food again...will do a protein shake prob in an hour or so. I'm finishing up dinner now...

Drank tons of water
Took my vits
B: 1c frosted mini wheats (I need to go to the store OMG I have no variety! All my activia is gone_
     1c 1% milk

Slept late, so b was lunch.

D: 3oz grilled chicken, 1.5 oz boiled cabbage...

So nothing too bad, just need more protein and calories. I will get in a good shake in a bit.

I'm going back to work tomorrow... roast and veggies packed, water and vits packed, oh yeah bar packed... I think tomorrow will be a great day!

I think I did okay today as long as I keep the peanut butter IN the cabinet tonight.

Menu

special k protein cereal and lo carb yogurt
2 slices turkey breast with colby jack cheese wrapped around baby kosher dills
1 cup of SF/FF pudding
4 oz ground beef patty
protein coffee (still lumpy but getting better)
water water water water

Just walked in the door...no time to log my food but I'm here and ACCOUNTABLE...

Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch 1/2 ham/turkey/cheese sub
Snack: one slice pizza, one cookie (party at work)
Dinner: 4 oz London broil steak, 1/2 cup coleslaw with LF dressing.
Snack: fresh strawberries/fresh blackberries

Today ended....

I'm low on water and that's gotten to be a constant goal. I'm way under calories for the day but it will all work out by the end of the week. I explained today in the morning thread....just having a blah day!

Karla, is that the new yoplait ones or whoever makes them.  If so I jsut through them all away.  I do not dump hardly at all on regular surge but those made me soooooo sick.  Sugar alchohols I so can not tolerate.

I tried to post earlier at work but it was weird....my words kept highlighting every now and then like someone was copying them.  I got paranoid they were tracking that I was using internet for personal use which is a no no so I closed it LOL!

I will try to get up earlier and post what I am eating.  We are doing very well but all this planning and getting ready at night and doing this all alone is not leaving much computer time.  I will try to get up early and post my plan in the am. 

Today I ate the cordon blue from Paige yummmy.  Had a turkey patty for dinner.  Did have my click and my yogurt for breakfast.  Need another protein drink.  and one more water before bed.

Kids are pretty accepting of the new food choices.  Trying to slowly get their portion sizes in check.  But that will take time.  But it is getting better.

Ok I need to go get lunches ready for tomorrow.  And plan out breakfast and go to bed.  I will set alarm 15 min earlier to allow time to get online!

Not thrilled with my day today. If I didn't know better, I'd think I was PMSing. I felt like I ate everything not bolted down.

B: 2 string cheese
S: wheat crackers and cheese
L: 3 tortilla chips with guacamole, Caesar salad, 2 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, corn bread
S: cheese and crackers and an oz. of trail mix.
D: 3 crab rangoon and a baked egg roll - at least I didn't fry it, right?

I miss my workouts. I feel plump. I hate this.

I did okay today as far as food goes.... about 1200cal/75g protein.  Went to see the doctor today for my 6 week checkup and he said things looked good and that I could start back on the treadmill but no heavy lifting or ab work yet.  So I got on and walked 2 miles tonight... could have done more but didn't want to pu****!!!  Don't want to be all swollen tomorrow!!!!  It felt good to actually work out for awhile!!!

My goal for tomorrow is to stay off the scale... I think I'm going to have my mom hide it and only get it out on Mondays!!!!!   I hate playing the mind games with that thing!!!!
