Good morning! Woke up late because I kept hitting snooze! I have been off work Monday and Tuesday this week so today is back to reality. I am sure I'll be busy today and I've got 1 1/2 hour conference call this morning and a 1 hour one this afternoon. Its all for a big statewide meeting in October for our agency and I'm the head of the exhibits committee. I love doing this sort of thing- love planning and being organized and stuff like that!

It took the dentist double the time he said it would for my root canal because I have a complicated root structure. I told him what can I say, I'm complicated! lol. I am SOOO glad I paid the extra for laughing gas. I was awake at first but then I dozed off. They woke me up right at the end and said I was snoring. Bryan says I don't snore-I just make nocturnal breathing noises. lol.

Laura-when will Therese be finished?
Michelle- has the doc ever said tha****er aerobics might be good since its letting impact? Or the elliptcal because its low impact as well.
Karen- that picture of your new grandbaby is priceless- what a cutie!!

WOOOOHOOO for Wednesday!  My WOOOOHOOOO is that we survived the night, LOL  They were working on the gas in our neighborhood yesterday and when they turned it back on the DH missed lighting one of the pilots... so when I got up to potty 2 hrs later, I could smell gas everywhere.... good thing I'd drank a lot of water before bed time because I usually don't get up during the night...

Prayers are going up for all that need them!  Meggie, Eric, Michelle for her Gastro visit...

KAREN-you're showing OUR age again!

Good morning.  I'm made at my tv and Directv box because I pushed one wrong button and now can't get a signal.  Guess I'll have to get out the manual and/or call DtV after work to see what to do...have tried everything I can think of.  I hate this stupid complicated, lets do 6 steps to turn it on remote!  The price we pay for technology.

Paperwork all day, then I get to come home.  My homebound student was hospitalized for a virus yesterday yet wanted me to come do her time in the hospital.  I told her mom I really didn't want to get a virus from her and no thanks.  Hopefully she will be home tomorrow.  they just wanted to give her iv's because she dehydrates easily w/o a virus.Glad Meggie is feeling a little better today.

Prayers for Liz' new job today and all who are sick or ailing, whether it's their body or mind!

I hope your student is feeling better... but if she isn't I know of a support group meeting tomorrow night... just sayin'!!!!! :)

Hopefully she'll be okay but now hubby will be home tomorrow night to leave for a new job in Rosenberg Friday morning.  I also have a whole day of ARD's which wipes me out.  It would be fun though!

Good Morning OH Family!

Feels like forever since I'm been on the train. I feel out of the loop. My woohoo is that my visit with mom was wonderful and she is such a miracle she is doing really well except for still being bedridden. I got back around 8ish last night.Time to go back to work tonight. I've requested to go back to 2nd shift. Working nights is just too hard on me and all I can think or talk about is how tired I am. lol Not much planned today just get caught up on the house. We are starting to look at dogs. Would like a rescue dog this time that is already potty trained. Don't think I want to go thru the puppy potty training thing. Chad started his new job with OSHA (sp) yesterday and is really excited about it. Sounds really interesting. Finally over the bronchitis/walking phn Weight wise I'm still at goal but I really need to start eating healthier. Since the weather is starting to warm up we need to start grilling lean meats and eating veggies again.Well I think I'll have another cup of coffee and try to go back to bed before I go to work tonight.
