Good luck with it...I'm about 10 days post-op myself for my inner thighplasty and all I can say is OMG OUCH!!! When I had my LBL two years ago I never really had "pain", but moreso just uncomfortable for a while. This one is a litttttttle more ouchie! BE SURE to get that protein in as it really helps with the healing. I'm trying to get mine in every day as you need more while healing but geez oh Pete it's not easy!!!
